B. Shwetha v. J.Shiva Anand
T.V.THAMILSELVI, J.
This matter was taken up for hearing under the caption "For Being Mentioned" today at the instance of the learned counsel for revision petitioner.
2.The learned counsel for revision petitioner submitted that this court by an order dated 10.03.2026 disposed of the above Civil Revision Petition. However, he would submit that in para 2 at the 2nd line of the order, instead of mentioning as "signed in two Memorandums of Understanding (MOU)", it was mentioned as "signed a petition for mutual divorce". He would also submit that in para 2 at the 3rd line of the order, instead of mentioning it as "as per the terms of the said Memorandums of Understanding" it was mentioned as "as per the terms agreed in the petition". He would further submit that this court issued a direction to dispose the case within six months, however, he seeks to grant early disposal of the case. Accordingly, he prayed to modify the same in the order passed by this court and issue fresh order copy. 1/7
3. Considering his submissions, Registry is directed to modify the order as follows :- (i) Para 2 at the 2 nd line Substitute the words viz., "signed a petition for mutual divorce" as "signed in two Memorandums of Understanding (MOU)" and the words in para 2 at the 3rd line viz., "as per the terms agreed in the petition" as "as per the terms of the said Memorandums of Understanding".
(ii) Para 3 page 3 at the 1 st line Substitute the words viz., "six months" as "three months".
4. Registry is directed to incorporate above modification in the Order of this Court passed in C.R.P.Nos.1193 & 1195 of 2026 dated 10.03.2026 and issue fresh order copy to the learned counsel for revision petitioner.
