These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed to amend the petition in respect to the legal heirs of deceased sole respondent mentioned in the common affidavit and in cause title mentioned in the above said petitions.

2. Mr. Harikrishnan for M/s.K.M.Vijayan & Associates, learned counsel takes notice for the respondents. The learned counsel for the respondents submitted that there is no objection for allowing the applications and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Having regard to the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the petitions and being satisfied with the same and also there is no objection on the side of the respondents, these petitions are allowed.

4. List the matter on 21.11.2019 08.11.2019 vrn Note: Registry is directed to carryout the necessary amendment and list the matter on 21.11.2019.
