This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 14.12.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.27689 of 2023 to report before the Fast Track Magalir Neethimandram FTMC Tirupur, where Spl.S.C.No.66 of 2023 is pending, everyday at 10.00 a.m., till completion of trial, apart from the Court hearing dates.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Taking all the factors into consideration, I am not inclined to relax the above condition.

Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.

The petitioner shall continue with the above conditions till completion of trial.
