ORDER

This contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 14.10.2019 made in W.P.No.28012 of 2019. 2.It is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the contempt petitioner that as against the order of this Court dated 14.10.2019 made in W.P.No.28012 of 2019, the respondents/ contemnors have filed writ appeal in W.A.No.235 of 2020 before the Division Bench of this Court. Hence, this Court may issue direction to the respondents to implement the judgment that is to be passed by the Division Bench in W.A.No.235 of 2020 and may close this contempt petition.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the contempt petitioner, this Court directs the respondents to implement the judgment that is to be passed by the Division Bench in W.A.No.235 of 2020.
