ORDER
This petition has been filed not to harass the Petitioners in Crime No. Not known of 2016 pending on the file of the respondent Police.
2.When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that on the complaint given by one Tamil Selvi, the petition enquiry is pending.
3.In view of the above, the respondent Police is directed not to harass the petitioners. The petitioners shall co-operate in the enquiry. During the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, the respondent police is free to register an FIR and this order shall not be a shield for the petitioners against arrest.
