O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for direction to the third respondent to sponsor petitioner's name to the second respondent, thereafter on receiving the priority list and to direct the second respondent for placement for a suitable appointment either in the Revenue Department or in any vacancies that are available under his control.

It is seen that the petitioner is now aged about 56 years. As such, he is barred by age for any employment. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this writ petition cannot be granted and this writ petition is devoid of merits.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
