"1. Whether this Hon'ble Court has jurisdiction when the defendant is voluntarily residing beyond its territorial jurisdiction?

2. Whether there is jural relationship of creditor and debtor existing between plaintiff and defendant?

3. Whether the Finance Agreement dated 28.05.2018 is true and valid?

4. Whether the defendant had executed the Promissory Note dated 28.05.2018 in favour of the Plaintiff?

5. Whether the defendant had issued the cheques dated 04.09.2019 and 05.09.2019 in lieu of the suit claim?

6. Whether the defendant issued Confirmation Letter dated 29.05.2019?
