ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the Principal Special Court under EC & NDPS Act, Chennai - 600 104 on first and third Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed on the petitioner, in Crl.M.P.No.18104 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.25523 of 2024 dated 20.12.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court; that the investigation is pending.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(a) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.25523 of 2024 dated 18.10.2024 and subsequently modified in Crl.M.P.No.18104 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.25523 of 2024 dated 20.12.2024. is now modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the report before the Principal Special Court under EC & NDPS Act, Page No.2 of 4

Chennai - 600 104, once a month, i.e., on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
