O R D E R

This writ petition is filed challenging the order dated 18.02.2022 passed by the 2nd respondent in the writ petition in exercise of power under Section 153 of Tamil Nadu Societies Act. The then President of the Society has challenged the same. After the tenure of the President was over, the Administrator has taken over the Society and he has applied his mind and decided not to press the writ petition and to implement the order of the 2nd respondent. Accordingly, communication to this effect has been issued on 07.03.2024. Based on the same, a letter has also been written to the Special Government Pleader to withdraw the writ petition and a copy of the same is produced before this Court by the learned Special Government Pleader.
