This petition has been filed to relax the condition that '' the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Dharmapuri on all working days at 10.30a.m., until further orders" , imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.749 of 2025 dated 10.01.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.
