This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed the petitioner by an order dated 24.01.2024 made in Crl.O.P.No.28739 of 2023 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of ten days and thereafter shall report before the respondent police once in a week i.e. every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. for a period of three weeks. Thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
