By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
2.The Inspector of Labour, an Authority, constituted under the Tamil Nadu Industrial Establishment (Conferment of Permanent Status) Act, 1981, vide Award dated 3.9.2009, has conferred the permanent status of 37 persons and the petitioner stands in Sl.No.36, and it has also become final. According to the petitioner, he has submitted a representation dated 20.10.2014, to the first respondent praying for implementation of the said order and conferment of his permanent status, and since he has not been favoured with any response, came forward to file this writ petition.

3.Heard the submissions of the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.P.R.Dhilip Kumar, learned Counsel, who accepted notice on behalf of the first respondent, and Mrs.M.E.Rani Selvam, who accepted notice for the second respondent. 4.In respect of the representation dated 20.10.2014, submitted by the petitioner, no acknowledgement is available. This Court, in the facts and circumstances of the case, permits the petitioner to submit one more representation to the first respondent by enclosing a copy of his earlier representation dated 20.10.2014, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the first respondent on receipt of the same, is directed to consider it in accordance with law, and also take into consideration the Award dated 3.9.
2009, passed by the second respondent, and pass orders as expeditiously as possible and not later than six weeks from the date of receipt of the representation and communicate the decision to the petitioner.
