This petitioner has filed the present petition to register an FIR on the complaint said to have been given on 01.11.2013.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the police did not have copy of the complaint.

3. The petitioner has also not enclosed any proof of having given the complaint, in respect of an incident alleged to have been taken place on 01.11.2016.

4.Under such circumstances, no positive direction can be issued to register an FIR for chain snatching and this petition is closed.
