Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other writ order or direction in the nature of writ directing the Respondents 1 and 2 herein to conduct an enquiry pursuant to the representation dated 24.02.2011 in the matter of service connection to the superstructure put up by the 3rd respondent in an extent of 280 sq.feet out of 2655 sq.feet of house site comprised in Survey No.120/1-I-3, Soorpattu Village, Ambattur Taluk, Tiruvallur District and disconnect the power supply to the above said premises in question.
