O R D E R
Alleging non-compliance of the order dated 16.07.2021 passed in W.A. No. 451 of 2021, the contempt petition has been filed by the 1\4
petitioner.
When the matter is taken up, Mr.R. Neelakandan, learned Additional Advocate General appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that they would comply with the order and produced a copy of the proceedings in G.O.(2D) No. 22 Co-operation, Food and Consumer Protection (CE1) Department dated 21.04.2022 wherein at paragraph No.9, it is stated as follows:
"9.
After careful examination of the proposal of the Registrar of Co-operative Societies, the Government have decided to implement the orders of Hon'ble High Court of Madras, dated 16.07.2021. The Government hereby include the name of Tmt. Ezhil Bharathi, Co-operative Sub Registrar (Estt. No. 299 A, as on 01.01.2011) as Sl. No.14A in between Tmt.N. Kanagasundari (Sl.No.14, Estt.No. 299) and Thiru.D. Karthikeyan (Sl.No.15, Estt.No.301) in the panel of Cooperative Sub Registrars fit for promotion as Deputy Registrar of Co-operative Societies for the year 2013-2014 approved in the G.O.(3D) No.13, Co-operation, Food and Consumer Protection (CD1) Department, dated 26.12.2014 by relaxing the clause II(8) under Schedule-XI in Part A of the Tamil Nadu 2\4
Government Servants (Conditions of Service) Act, 2016 in favour of the individual by invoking the powers conferred under Section 58 of Tamil Nadu Government Servants (Conditions of Service) Act, 2016 and issue orders accordingly."

Though time limit has not been fixed in the Government Order to give effect to the order of this Court, learned Additional Advocate General seeks six weeks time.

Accordingly, six weeks time from the date of receipt of a copy of this order is granted to comply with G.O.(2D) No. 22 Co-operation, Food and Consumer Protection (CE1) Department dated 21.04.2022 and also the consequential benefits arising from the order dated 16.07.2021 confirming the order of the learned Single Judge dated 20.04.2018 in W.P.
