Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarifide Mandamus or any other order or direction in the nature of writ calling for the records of the respondent No-1 dated 05.06.2017, in his proceedings in letter No.PF/E-15/E-1 and subsequent letters dated 19.07.2017 and 05.12.2107 in proceedings in letters No.PF/E-15/E-1 by the Respondent No.1 as communicated by the respondent No-4 and quash the same and consequentially direct respondent No-1 to accord the promotion of General Manager (Hindi) to the petitioner.
