ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondents to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 30.05.2016, to investigate the same in accordance with law and to file a final report, the petitioner has come up with this petition. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, the petition enquiry is pending before the 3rd respondent and on the complaint given by the petitioner's husband, petition enquiry is pending in CSR No.36 of 2015. It is alleged by the petitioner that the petitioner was ill treated by her husband and in-laws and in order to give prime to his complaint, he has rushed to the police station and given false complaint against the petitioner.

Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with a direction to the 3rd respondent to thoroughly enquire the complaint given by the petitioner and take action in accordance with law, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1, otherwise close the petition under due intimation to the petitioner.
