This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 50 days in filing the appeal against the order dated 18.11.2024 passed in Crl.A.No.239 of 2023 by the IV Additional District Judge, Tiruvallur at Ponneri.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 50 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
