Learned Advocate Commissioner filed his report dated 03.04.2023, stating that he had executed the warrant and seized the vehicle and handedover the same to the applicant. He has also filed a memo seeking for additional remuneration.

2. In view of the above, the Advocate Commissioner is discharged and the applicant is directed to pay a sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand Only) to the Advocate Commissioner as additional remuneration on or before 17.04.2023.

3. In the event of sale of vehicle, the parties may get appropriate orders from the learned Arbitrator.
