Mr.Md.Fayaz Ali, learned counsel takes notice for the respondents. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. Heard both sides.
3. The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the first and second respondents to consider his representation dated 27.10.2018, wherein and whereby, he sought for appointing a Adhoc Committee to the Jumma Pallivasal @ O.T.Pallivasal. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. According to the petitioner, even though the Advisory Committee was already appointed, wherein, the petitioner is one among the members of such committee, the Executive Officer is unable to look after the management because of his official duty through the Cuddalore Zone. Therefore, the petitioner sought for appointing Adhoc Committee to the Jumma Pallivasal @ O.T.Pallivasal.
5. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, as it is for the first respondent to consider and decide the same. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of, only by directing the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.10.2018 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing all the parties concerned, as expeditiously as possible, at any event within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
