This matter is taken up for hearing under the caption "For Being Mentioned" today at the instance of the learned counsel for the respondent.

2. The learned counsel for respondent/landlord would submit that this Court by an order dated 20.07.2023 dismissed the above C.R.P.. However, the learned counsel would submit that six months time granted to the revision petitioners/tenants to vacate the premises and for the said period, they may be directed to pay the rent for a sum of Rs.10,500/- and if any default committed by them, liberty may be granted to the respondent/landlord to redress his grievance. Accordingly, the matter is listed today.

3. Considering his submissions, para 5 of the order shall be substituted as follows :- "5. In the result, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. Further, the revision petitioners are directed to vacate the premises within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order and for the said period of six 1/3

months, the Revision Petitioners/tenants are directed to pay the rent for a sum of Rs.10,500/-. If at all, any default is committed by them, liberty is granted to the respondent/landlord to work out his remedy before the appropriate forum. No costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed."

4. Registry is directed to incorporate above correction in the Order of this Court in C.R.P.No. 559 of 2023 dated 20.07.2023 and issue fresh order copy to the Revision Petitioner.
