ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- (The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to Judicial Custody on 28.02.2021 for the alleged offence under Sections 294(b), 323, 353, 506(ii) and 307 of IPC r/w. Section 3(1) of Tamil Nadu Public Properties (Damages and Loss) Act in Crime No.70 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner have been detained under Act 14 of 1982 on 20.03.2021
