JUDGMENT

This pe琀椀琀椀on has been 昀椀led by the pe琀椀琀椀oner praying this Court to punish the respondent for wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.5124 of 2025 dated 14.02.2025.

2. When the ma琀琀er was taken up, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submi琀琀ed that the order passed by this Court has been complied with and a copy of the order dated 10.04.2026 complying with the direc琀椀ons of this Court is placed before this Court. Recording the said statement as to compliance, this contempt pe琀椀琀椀on stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
