ORDER

This Contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.34322 of 2012 dated 20.12.2012, wherein a direction was issued to the Tahsildar, Gangavalli Taluk, Salem District to consider and dispose of the petitioner's https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ representation. Pursuant to the same, the said

representation was considered and a hearing was also scheduled on 18.03.2014. Thus, it is seen that the petitioner's representation has been considered.

2. However, the grievance of the petitioner in this petition, is that, after the enquiry conducted on 18.03.2014, till date, no final order has been passed by the authorities.

3. In the light of the above, there will be a direction to the second respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law, pursuant to the aforesaid enquiry, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this contempt petition is closed.
