ORDER
Seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 25.05.2015, the petitioner has come up with this petition.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the material placed on record.
3.It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents that on the complaint dated 25.05.2015 given by the petitioner, a case in Crime No.109 of 2015 for offences under Sections 325, 506(ii) and 379 IPC has been registered against the opposite parties.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that now, the opposite parties are continuing to threaten the petitioner for withdrawing the earlier complaint.
5.Under such circumstances, the 2nd respondent police is directed to enquire into the allegations and take action in accordance with law.
