JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by HULUVADI G.RAMESH, J.) The learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ appeal, since the appellant was admitted to some other college elsewhere. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the appellant, the writ appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed. No costs.
