2. Heard both sides. Mr.L.Baskaran, learned Government Advocate appearing for the 2nd respondent has no objection to this petition being allowed.

3.Considering the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed.

4. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment.
