2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that one of the sons of the deceased petitioner has been appointed as a Mutawalli. Therefore, nothing survives in the Civil Miscellaneous petition in C.M.P.No.4874 of 2020. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the C.M.P.No.4874 of 2020 is dismissed as not pressed. The connected C.M.P.Nos.4876, 4877 and 5781 of 2020 are closed.
