(R3 impleaded vide order dated 30.11.2011 made in W.P.No.9455 of 2011) PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, nature of writ calling for the records relating to the proceedings of the 1st respondent dated 15.03.2011 issued in Roc No.392/2007/J3 and quash the same and consequently to direct the 3rd respondent to absorb the petitioners in the available regular sanctioned vacancies of drivers from the dates on which the posts were sanctioned by the 1st respondent applying G.O.Ms.No.21 MAWSS department dated 02.03.1998 and taking into account of the length of service rendered by the petitioners in the cadre of drivers and pay all consequential service and monetary benefits.
