This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register the petitioner's complaint dated 13.06.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. On reading of the complaint dated 13.06.2016, it does not disclose commission of cognizable offence to the respondent police to register FIR.

4. Under such circumstances, no positive direction can be issued to the police to register an FIR and this petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to workout its remedies in the manner known to law.
