The petitioner claims that he is the head of the organizing committee for conducting festival pertaining to Vinayagar Temple at Kottivadi Village, Vazhapadi Taluk, Salem District and he wants to conduct a dance and song programme on 26.04.2015 and in this regard, he has submitted an application/representation dated 20.04.2015 and since he has not been favoured with any response, came forward to file this writ petition.
2. Heard the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Ms.P.Rajalakshmi, learned Government Advocate, who accepts notice for the respondent.
3. This Court without going into the merits of the representation/application, directs the respondent to consider and dispose of the representation/application dated 20.04.2015 in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
accordance with law, within a period of one week and communicate the decision to the petitioner.
