This petition is filed to declare the 2nd respondent herein/ 3rd respondent in the above appeal suit viz., Andrew Joseph William as major.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant. The learned counsel appearing for the third respondent has no serious objection in allowing this petition. The Registry is directed to receive the vakalat filed on behalf of the third respondent.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment. Post the matter on 24.04.2024.
