Criminal revision Petition is filed under Sections 397 and 401 of the Cr.P.C., to set aside the order passed by the CCB & CBCID Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai on 10.02.2020 in Crl.M.P.No.459 of 2020, Crl.M.P.No.458/2020 and direct the Respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 28.09.2019, 01.10.2019.
