This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 2706 days in representing the above Appeal.

2.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed subject to the condition that the Appellant pays a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) to M/s.Kasthuri Ba Niketan, Rajan Nagar Post, Bhavanisagar Via, Sathyamangalam Taluk, Sathyamangalam, Erode District within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which this order would stand cancelled automatically, without further reference to this Court.
