This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.11.2019, with reference to the seniority list published vide proceedings in Na.Ka.No.19646/R2/2016, dated 01.08.2018.

2. According to the petitioner, she has to be promoted on par with her junior one Mr.P.Srinivasan whose seniority number is 385, whereas the petitioner's seniority is 382 from the date of his posting, with reference to the seniority list published vide proceedings in Na.Ka.No.19646/R2/2016, dated 01.08.2018. In this regard, the petitioner has made a representation dated dated 08.11.2019, to the first respondent. However, the said representation is still pending and no order has been passed. Hence, she filed the instant writ petition before this Court.

3. Considering the limited scope of the prayer and without expressing any opinion on merits, this Court is inclined to direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioners' representation dated 08.11.2019 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, as early as possible, 2/4

preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
