O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 25.04.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is the case of the petitioner that he had permitted his sister Danam to put up a hut in his property and that she is not vacating.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions, submitted that on the complaint lodged by Danam that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner had assaulted her, petition enquiry was conducted in CSR.No.54 of 2016, in which, both the parties appeared before the 1st respondent police and stated that they would amicably settle the issues.

5. Recording the same, this petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedies in the manner known to law.
