CMP NO.1364 OF 2016 IN CRP NO.4369 OF 2013 SVJ This petition has been filed to permit the petitioners herein to withdraw the sum of Rs.2,52,600/- deposited into the credit of the above CRP by issuing cheque in favour of the first petitioner, namely, Rajkumari Churiwala, pending disposal of the CRP. Heard both sides.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection to allow this petition.
