This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner representation dated 21.01.2022 and cancel the Doc.No.1515/2020 dated 22.10.2020 on the file of the third respondent.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
