The present writ petition has been filed challenging the order of dismissal passed by the 4th respondent, by his proceedings dated 31.01.2020. The petitioner has got an alternative remedy under Section 153 of Tamil Nadu Co-operative https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Societies Act and without exhausting the same, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court.

In view of the availability of the alternative and efficacious remedy, this Court cannot entertain this writ petition and accordingly, the same stands dismissed. Liberty is given to the petitioner to file a revision petition under Section 153 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act and work out his remedy in accordance with law.
