1. The detenues, who are wife and children of the petitioner, have been produced in Court, today.
2. We have interacted with the family. The wife, i.e., Tmt.R.Menaka says that, she had left the matrimonial home on account of discord with the petitioner.
3. Furthermore, Tmt.R.Menaka says that, for the present, she does not want to return to her matrimonial home. 3.1. However, Tmt.R.Menaka says that, she has no difficulty in the petitioner visiting their two children, i.e., https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Ms.R.Janani, who is aged about eight (8) years and Ms.R.Deepika, who is aged approximately, two (2) years.
4. The petitioner, for the moment, is satisfied with the statement made by his wife Ms.R.Menaka.
5. The detenue/Ms.R.Menaka, at the moment, is residing at : C/o.Inba Sekaran (House Owner), S/o.Raji Kurichi, Sundarapuram (P.O.), Coimbatore - 24.

6. With these observations, the petition is closed. Needless to say that the petitioner as well as Tmt.R.Menaka will be free to take recourse to appropriate legal remedies, in case, they wish to agitate their rights any further.
