This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for the contempt of order of this Court made in WMP No.33537 of 2016 in W.P.No.39165 of 2016, dated 08.11.2016.

Cont.P.No.3109 of 2016 2.The grievance expressed by the petitioner can be considered while dealing with the main writ petition and there is no requirement to deal with the same in the contempt petition. This Court had directed the respondent to produce certain records and details and the same can be dealt with while dealing with the writ petition.

3.In view of the above, this contempt petition is closed and the Registry is directed to list the main writ petition for hearing before the concerned Portfolio Judge.
