Challenging the adjudication of the learned Additional District Munsif, Tirupattur insisting the production of extended copy of the Order of stay in the pending second appeal and to proceed further in the absence of the same in the Execution Proceedings, the present Civil Revision Petition has been filed.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that since the Execution proceedings itself has been disposed of by the trial Court, the present Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous and also made an endorsement to that effect.
