(Order of the Court was delivered by S.M.Subramaniam J.) The writ of mandamus has been instituted to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.12.2022 and accept the Petitioner's records and also accept his name for enrolment as an advocate in the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry after satisfying the requisite conditions.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the SSLC School Certificate is not available with the petitioner and it is lost. Therefore, the on-line application submitted by the petitioner was not accepted by the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner will submit proof regarding his SSLC Certificate, enabling the Bar Council to consider and accept the application submitted by the petitioner for 2/4

his enrolment as an advocate in the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry.

4. It is needless to state that the petitioner has to establish the fact that he has completed SSLC Course and in the event of submitting any such proof, the same may be considered by the Bar Council after ascertaining its genuinity and by following the due process.
