The Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the fair

and decreetal order of the learned X Asst. City Civil Court at Chennai dated 08.10.2013 passed in E.A.No.2455 of 2013 in E.P.No.252 of 2013 in ACP.2648 of 2012.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today (25.03.2019), neither the learned counsel for the revision petitioner nor revision petitioner is present to represent the case.

3. Since the matter pertains to the year 2013 and there is no representation on behalf of the revision petitioner, this Court is of the view that there is no purpose in keeping the revision pending. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
