Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed in Crl.M.P.No.935/2020 dated 27.01.2020 to appear before the respondent police twice in a week at 10.30 am until further orders, in bail order in Crl.O.P.No.34520/2019 dated 30.12.2019, on the file of the High Court, Madras totally. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.RAGHAVACHARI, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR. K.PRABAKAR, Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed, seeking to relax the bail condition that the Petitioner shall report before the Respondent Police twice in a week at 10.30 a.m . until further orders, as directed by the order of this Court, dated, 27.01.2020 made in Crl.MP.No.935 of 2020 in Crl.OP.No.34520 of 2019.

1. Heard both sides.

It is stated by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the Petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by the order of this Court, dated, 27.01.2020. In view of the same, the said condition is modified to the extent that the Petitioner shall report before the Respondent Police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders. This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
