ORDER

It is stated by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent that as against the order of the Writ Court dated 14.12.2023 passed in WP.No.19773 of 2023, the respondent has preferred an appeal in W.A.No.1151 of 2024 and the same is pending.

2. While that being so, it would not be appropriate for this Court to parallely adjudicate the Contempt Petition, when the Hon'ble Division Bench has seized off the matter. However, liberty is hereby granted to the petitioner to work out her remedy subject to the outcome of the Writ Appeal.
