ORDER

(delivered by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI, J.) This Contempt Petition is filed alleging non-compliance of the order dated 03 August 2015 rendered by this Court in W.P. No.23468 of 2015.

This Court, while disposing the writ petition on 03 August 2015, observed that if any doubt crops up in the mind of the competent authority qua the authenticity of the community certificates issued to the petitioner and his wife, he can only refer the matter to the State Level Scrutiny Committee, but, cannot reject the petitioner's application for grant of such certificate to his sons.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submits that since the competent authority https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ entertained some doubt qua genuineness of the community certificates of the petitioner and his wife, the said certificates have been referred to the State Level Scrutiny

Committee on the 4th instant for verification and awaiting the outcome of the matter under consideration before the said Committee, no order has been passed, as on date. In view of the foregoing, we are of the considered opinion that no case has been made out for contempt.
