Mr.R.Govindasamy, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the third & fourth respondents to consider his representation dated 26.08.2014, wherein and whereby he sought for survey of the land and issue Patta in his favour.

4. The grievance of the petitioner before this Court is that the said representation has not been considered so far. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, as it is for the third and fourth respondents to consider and decide the same. Thus, this writ petition is disposed of, only with a direction to the third and fourth respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.08.2014 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the rival claimants, if any. Such exercise shall be done by the third & fourth respondents within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
