[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to produce the body or person of the petitioner's wife Sathiyajothi, aged about 20 years, who is under the illegal custody of the third respondent before this Court and set her at liberty.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the alleged detenue viz. Sathiyajothi had eloped with one Karthick/R3 and during the investigation in Mallur Police Station Crime No.114 of 2021, the detenue was secured on 16.04.2021. since she did not want to go with the petitioner, her custody was given to her parents.
