This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.MP.No.1063 of in Crl.OP.No.19030 of 2022 dated 12.08.2022 ordered to appear before the respondent police on every working day of every month at 10.30 a.m.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent monthly once i.e. First working day of every month, till filing of charge sheet.
